Shannon joined the Niche team in 2018 with the role of Office Manager. She has over 7 years of experience in managing client relationships and business operations. Her wide variety of experience includes assisting with Town Planning issues, human resource management and social event coordination and facilitating board room meetings.
Shannon is keen to build upon the high standards which Niche Planning Studio has already established in order to expand the efficiency and technical capacity of the studio. She has a strong base knowledge of the relevant Policy and Procedures of the industry from which she can tailor a uniquely Niche experience for our staff and customers.
Already since starting, Shannon has streamlined many processes and kickstarted several positive initiatives relating to team structure and productivity. Shannon has high hopes on continuing to grow her Planning knowledge and works closely with the team to add value with all aspects of our projects from inception to completion.
